The Carlson Ranch

Our Story

101 acres in Oregon City — a family ranch built on faith, stewardship, and a love for doing things the right way.

The Carlson Ranch is a family operation in Oregon City, Oregon. We raise pureblood Wagyu cattle on 101 acres of Willamette Valley pasture — and we've recently opened up a second chapter: The Flower Farm, a gathering place for music, u-cut mornings, and community among the blooms.

Where it started

101 acres in Oregon City

Nestled in the scenic countryside near Oregon City, the Carlson Ranch sits on 101 acres in Clackamas County. We started raising pureblood wagyu cattle because we wanted to provide quality beef to local families — raised the way God intended for animals to be raised.

Years later, we opened up the western side of the ranch as The Flower Farm: a gathering place for the community. Two halves of one ranch, both rooted in the same values.

Stewardship

We treat the land and the animals with the care God entrusted to us. Rotational grazing, minimal intervention, and patience with every animal.

Transparency

We tell you exactly how the cattle were raised — pasture, feed, harvest, processor — all of it. No marketing speak, just the truth about your beef.

Hospitality

From a beef box for a family of four to a flower farm open to neighbors — we want this ranch to feel like home for everyone who visits.
