Nestled in the scenic countryside near Oregon City, the Carlson Ranch is a 101-acre family operation — part working wagyu ranch, part flower farm and gathering place.
Everything we do reflects the values we hold: stewardship of the land, care for the animals, and hospitality for our neighbors. Our cattle are pasture-raised and grain-finished; our flower fields are tended by hand.
